So I picked up the white Quantum break bundle at Target a few days ago, and we're seeing that the B button is not working unless pushed REALLY hard, way too hard than its suppose to be.

Now I'm trying to decide how I want to handle this....the easiest method would be using the warranty, but that would take weeks for MS to accept the return and ship a new controller.

I'm nervous about going up to target cause I don't think they'll take the controller alone, they'll want the whole console back and after DL'ing 400gb of shyt on that hard drive already, fukk that, they ain't getting the console back.

Wonder how I should handle this :patrice:

I was thinking this, but that's some bullshyt I have to spend money to fix something that should have already been working from jump.

Somethings in life is just defective. You can get the controller fixed or buy a secondhand controller in the meantime... :dahell: its not that big of a deal although I know its frustrating.

i would see if Target can just swap out the controller and if not gon have to take that L and swap the whole thing and just download everything again that's still gon be less time than it'll be sending to MS

First of all, try asking Target if they can just swap out the controller...

If they can't. Then buy a new one, then in the meantime, see if Microsoft can fix the one that's broken, then when it comes back just swap out the controllers and return the one you bought :russ:

just transfer all that data to a external hard drive and return the entire system.
