I got my signal light on he seen it and still sped up

as I merged I didn't feel or see anything but he claims I caused the accident by merging into his. I was under the impression he nudged me from behind as I merged into the lane

this cac after the initial point of contact

went around me and intentionally swiped me on the side and knocked my passenger side mirror off

and then tried to burn off

my car spun around and everything

insurance company only wanna hear about the initial point of contact and im fukked cuz his truck is dented in from the initial point of contact and I don't have much damage on the initial point

his shyt kinda caved in on the left front which is hard to explain cuz he in a Tahoe and im in an impala. I got scome scratches and scrapes underneath the back taillight but nothing major. they both 2011's.

If it's the front of his car/back of your car, he's at fault. In most states, it won't even matter what he says, they'll write him the ticket based off of that. All you really have to say is he rear ended you or whatever and that should be the end of it.
