It’s interesting because it’s reviewing about on par with the typical rock film,rampage San Andreas etc but it was tracking like $40-50 Million.

Still I think it might hit in China and boost that WW total.

Yup it's not always bout domestic it's a worldwide thing and as long as u get a profit it's all good simple as that.

But fukk all that we need that MI fallout pushed up now that buzz is crazy for it and got a feeling it gonna make more than expected domestic cuz of word of mouth

Saw SkyScraper, The Rock def works better in an ensemble than solo, I don’t think word of mouth will help it much in the states since it was pretty meh

That’s how I’ve always felt about him. He works best as part of an ensemble or at least having someone like Kevin Hart,Sean William Scott etc to bounce off of. He’s always been kind of dull when he’s in more serious fare and/or is left to lead a film.

Solo has opened in its last territory Japan and it flopped there as well.

It’s at $380 Million, $400 is officially not possible.

Definitely, no one here to bounce off of. Pretty dull performances all around, no emotion, I just don’t think he pulls off “family man” needs to stick to cracking jokes and blowing stuff up with buddies.

I think Hotel Transylvania got greedy and eyed the Summer box office. I liked the first one, haven't seen the second, interested in how the 3 does.

We'll see if it pays off.

I thought they should have stayed where they were at, late Septmber, early October.
