Spice factor is just a tolerance level. The more spicy food you eat, the more spicyness you can tolerate.
Eventually even the spicy shyt will seem bland if do it long enough and you still have to make the food taste good on top of the heat.

Spice in moderation. If I can’t actually taste the food itself then I’m not interested.
