Why not draft a WR? I get that you know what you're getting with Cooks, but some of the guys that will be on the board in the 1st are gonna be immediate impact playmakers.

Cooks has one year left on his deal, due for a huge payday, Bill knew we weren’t gonna re-Sign him so he flipped him for a first rounder. Patriots now have 2 First Rounders and 2 Second Rounders in the Draft. Not bad at all.

Normally yes in football these moves always backfire but the Rams have the blessings of the nfl. Worst case I think they get them into the Superbowl to get LA to care about the Rams. NFL has invested alot into this they don't wanna look like fools even though it's obvious they should of stayed in STL
