The question to me is who'd he piss off in a position of power? Brazil is a depraved country, in fact South America is full of depraved countries. This kind of behavior isn't an anomaly IMO. Look at the amount of Latinos up here on sexual abuse charges, on sex offender lists, and those convicted. Somebody on here posted a map detailing the age of consent throughout the globe, and the numbers in South America were disproportionately lower than the rest of globe which says volumes to me. That said, with this guy having the coin and following that he does, he must have violated the wrong person, or didn't pay off the right person, or made the wrong political enemy.
