Yea had an acquaintance who had a diner type biz back in day.. He sold out of it after a couple years to get back into building houses, he loved it but said if he was to get back in that biz he would strictly do breakfast because the markup was insane and it was where he made the majority of his profit.
A piece of bread and a potatoe .... $1.50? 3 eggs?$10 for eggs alone???no breakfast platter

I get 2 eggs 2 sausages and fries plus a lil salad for that in Canada. No way you paying that for eggs. Or maybe you just wanted to stunt on us brokies
