Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day, if I could I would eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Favorite set up is turkey sausage patties, scrambled eggs, whole wheat blueberry waffles, a little cup of oatmeal with sliced bananas in it and splenda, with ketchup, tabasco sauce, and salsa on the side with a big glass of Orange Juice

I used to eat five scrambled eggs, turkey saugsage, hashbrowns, whole wheat toast and orange juice after I hit up the gym


Sometimes I'd have a waffle/pancakes with that, or some oatmeal. Now that I switched up and work out @ night I eat just plain oats.
