But he never went public with it until now. Why not before now? Cause he was getting paid.

Just like the only reason Cassie went public with it now was to get PAID.

If Diddy threw that dumbass some money, he'd stop talking right now.

All of them are for sale. No integrity. They are as terrible as Diddy is. All of them are scum.
So people don't deserve to get paid for their trama? They should just endure, tell the story and be broke while all their trama is aired out for the world to see?

They deserve JUSTICE. Do both. It shouldn't be an either or. Yes go after their money but also file charges so that they can be removed from the streets instead of being allowed to be free to further victimize others.

If you are content with getting paid while this supposed abuser, rapist etc is free to abuse and rape some more, I'm always going to sideeye you. Cassie could have done both.

Instead she immediately shut up after getting paid and is okay with never speaking on it ever again, cause she got her money and eff any other woman who gets "abused" or "raped".

It's a civil case sir. The end result will never be jail and is usually accompanied by a NDA.

Not everyone wants to spend years in court reliving the event. And her just putting the case out there as encouraged others to also do so. On top of that Kim Porter's book is still coming out.

Let those women live.

Well duh it was a civil case. I specifically said that she should have done both - a civil case and a criminal case.

Furthermore what you said is dumb logic. A civil case would have resulted in her spending years in court reliving the event. There was no guarantee that Puff was going to settle. So when she filed the civil suit, she was willing to spend years in court retelling and reliving the event. Why wasn't she willing to do the same in a criminal case?

I'll give you a hint. It's because one outcome results in money. The other outcome doesn't.

And furthermore as I said before, she's as much scum as Puff is because if she could stop him in his tracks for his alleged rapes and assaults and she chose not to because she wanted to get paid, then she's a horrible person. The next victim is as much her fault as anyone else's.

And a book by Kim Porter won't result in criminal charges. Are you serious?

See you want stories to be told so folks can gossip and talk trash on the internet while nothing changes.

I'm saying that if Puff is a rapist and abuser, I want him in prison so he can't rape and abuse another woman.

My scenario leads to real results. Yours leads to more victims.

You're just paying lip service because you hate the idea of women getting paid for being abused.

You never cared until Cassie got paid...now all of a sudden you're a rape advocate warrior who knows what's best for victims of sexual assult.

And a criminal case would be pursued by the state genius.

A criminal case is pursued when charges are filed. What the hell are you talking about? If you walk up to me and bust me in the mouth like you did ole boy that time ( :lolbron: ), the state doesn't magically file charges against you. If I want you to get arrested, I have to call the police and file charges.

The hell are you talking about? :dahell:

The NYPD said there isn't an investigation into Puff. Do you know why?

Because Cassie didn't go to the NYPD to file charges.

Genius.

And furthermore, I believe any man who truly rapes a woman should be gutted and castrated.

But because I believe in such dire punishment for rapists, I believe that an accusation of rape should not be made lightly and without proof.

What don't you understand about that? :what:

And as far as not caring until Cassie got paid, now you are rewriting history. We had less than 24 hours to care because she immediately accepted the cash. Why? Cause that's what she was really after.

I'm saying she would have had me on her side if she filed criminal charges and THEN sued him for money for her pain and suffering too.
