Government needs to stop fukking bullshytting and just step up with a monthly stipend for ALL americans (who ain't millionaires if you need some cap)

there’s nothing to be torn about. You can’t have people out and about spreading a deadly virus and overcrowding hospitals. Who is going to be spending money in an economy in those conditions? Nobody is going to be out eating or traveling. Be serious.
