Yup. And we can sit here and speculate on what Admiral Holsey was doing but you can bet he's been against it and trying to figure something out. It appears a lot of resignations throughout the government came when folks had no way to stop what was happening. I'm not gonna beat up on this guy about boats being blown up when it may have been largely out of his hands. It wasn't like we blew up dozens, its 4 by my last count. He probably saw we were fukking up regular people to get into war and just couldn't stop it.

Mass military resignations would stop a lot of the shyt they are trying to do, combined with refusing orders. Maybe the tied is turning because now we doing tinpot fukkshyt.

He’s in charge of the military relationship with countries all over the South America so you should care. He’s going to be dealing with the fallout in Venezuela, Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, etc. So him peacing out means he knows this is a long term endeavor(which he probably knows Trump ain’t thought about)

He has no say in what we should or shouldn’t be doing. He can only refuse an order.

The plans for what kind of engagement isn’t on him. So what kinds of orders he would be given does matter. Shooting a boat vs planning to take on drug cartels in foreign territory is two totally different strategies.
