Basically asking about your opinion of the 94 crime bill and it’s effects. Along with your opinion on how tougher laws will prevent these mass shootings when the shooters aren’t even trying to get away in the first place.

Tougher laws won't prevent mass shootings, providing opportunities in these communities will but, yes, I want a muthafukka bold enough to kill people in broad day light off the street. I don't look at a dude bodying four of his opps the same as dude selling crack so the 94 crime bill minimum sentencing for non violent offenses doesn't sit well with me nor would I support mandatory minimums for non violent offenses.
