If he's found guilty he'll likely be extradited if he steps foot in Europe though.

As a music artist that travels to feed your family, ignoring a decision from a "neutral" country like Sweden may be too stressful due to their extradition agreements with alot of countries
Besides, a popular artist negotiating his jail commendations before returning to serve wouldn't be a far fetched thought. Nikka spending 2 years in a resort instead of the shyt hole he was in before is doable

Late last month, President Donald Trump spoke out in support of the rapper at the behest of First Lady Melania Trump, Kim Kardashian, and Kanye West, Politico reported.

"Give A$AP Rocky his FREEDOM. We do so much for Sweden but it doesn't seem to work the other way around. Sweden should focus on its real crime problem!" he wrote on Twitter with the hashtag #FreeRocky.
