If you're concerned about american imperialism and hegemony and think america needs a counterbalance that's one thing but you DO NOT want to live in any country influenced by Isamic fundamentalism even if you're a Muslim. Because those countries have to deal with a power mad Imam who gives his own interpetation of the Quran.

If you're living in Egypt and you decide to buy a bottle of Henny because that's what you want to do some ISIS dude will kill you because he can. That's what ISIS is doing now, They don't have a state anymore but they control a couple of rural areas in random countries wrecking havoc.

The Taliban took over in Afghanistan because that's what the majority of people wanted but they can't feed their people so since the pull out a million people have fled to Pakistan and Iran.
