I saw hand signal video too. My first thought was yea this looks suspicious. Then the more that comes out about the shooter, I’m moving away from conspiratorial thought and thinking its just alt right fukkery

I’m genuinely asking here. What were they coordinating? The hand signals for example. In what tactical way would hand signal have helped the sniper. what was he signaling? what was the intent? does a sniper need hand signaling on the ground to hit their target?

I thought the same. It's strange but definitely not conclusive evidence of anything. Some people are just fidgety like that. I know someone who's constantly pulling on the brim of his hat like that. But to play devil's advocate for anyone who believes MK Ultra actually works. The person under mind control would most likely require a signal to activate the pulling of the trigger. That's really going out there into conspiracy territory but I wouldn't say it's out of the realm of possibility.

Nah they are literally doing deliberate hand signals. Even people that say they're debunking the idea that security were in on it aren't trying to explain it away. They're just saying it was normal non-verbal communication and not necessarily instructions for the shooter despite happening seconds before the shot.
