Opposition to DEI/"Affirmative Action" was not indictment on the intelligence of black people - more on the policy decisions (and those that support such policies) of liberal whites.
I suspect if pressed you could provide example of his judgement of black people as a whole, but that would be no different than my judgement of whites or yours of conservatives - none of which is grounds for assassination.
Different opinions don't make enemies, attempts to force those beliefs on others does. Kirk operated in the open and with transparency. He traveled across the country inviting debate armed with a mic and his faith. I didn't follow him, but snippets of his debates would occasionally cross my feed.
When I don't agree with something/someone and there is no redemption, I ignore them. I'm troubled and confused as to why so many are celebrating this act. What did this man do or say that was so egregious that such a cowardly act should cause fanfare?

Also, criticism of DEI without criticism of nepotism and legacy systems is absolutely a thinly veiled attack on Black people. He doesn't have an issue with unqualified people, he has an issue with minorities.

And yes, different opinions can absolutely make enemies. Nazism, Maoism, white supremacy, antisemitism, salafism...all started as mere "difference of opinion" before they became genocidal authoritarian ideology. Kirks brand of reactionary white protestant nationalism with a smile is a dangerous in a pluralistic liberal republic.

I don't like that he was murdered, but I'm not shedding tears for him because he would shed none for me.

Kirk “debating” people doesnt hide the fact he was a white supremacist and a fascist. The world is a better place without him or people like him.

“Debating” people isn’t even what he did. He just espoused bad faith arguments openly. For instance, two different coroners corroborated that Floyd was killed via asphyxiation. Yet, Kirk a community college dropout with no formal education or medical education would say definitively, “Oh, Chauvin was innocent. Floyd was already dying. It was a fentanyl overdose. Chauvin should be pardoned. He’s innocent.”

He basically argued from radical skepticism standpoint, and it’s extremely hard to prove a negative. For example, how do we REALLY know there is not a green swan somewhere? How do we really know black people aren’t just intellectually inferior? More bestial? More prone to violence? All White supremacist logics operate off these kinds of tactics.

For instance, Kirk is straight up exactly what the party wants all the time and ONLY BENDS when the base is outraged. He didn't randomly become concerned about Israel. He got pressured by America First going rogue.

He says Israel is killing innocent muslims. At the same time, he is also saying "I don't want to live near muslims."
