Colombia historically has been the USAs biggest ally in South America, Colombia has elections next year and Petro is their first Left Wing president and he won as a Covid response more than anything, so the question is if the Right has a Candidate worth people going for, usually the Mayors of Bogota and Medellin have strongest cases for President (Petro is former mayor of Bogota). The current Mayor of Medellin Fico may be who they inject the steroids in to win.
