You have to avoid saucy dishes like Alfredo, etc.
All putty based foods will make you fat. Simply because a putty based food. Require carving in detail you have no real control over. Like you can not excercise and cut what you want just because you target it.
You can not goin in your body with a carving and pairing knife and actually sculpt the puddy off.
Leave all buddy based foods alone. Puddy based food will make you fat easy.
Ice cream
Sauces [thick base sauces with cheese etc. No issue with marinades.]
Spreads
Cooking with butter snd not olive oil.
Frying in vegetable oil and not corn ojl[not sure why but veggies oil makes you fat as fukk. Corn oil since it has no nutritional value just does nuffin if eaten in moderation. Although I have had stints of mad fried chicken for days In a row and no effect.]
If you into foreign dishes with sauces. That shyt will make you fat. Leave it alone.
Fruit and fruit juice will make you fat. Pop is better.
They say oh pop is not healthy for you.
fukk all that. I can burn pop off with no issue.
I been drinking at least two liters a day of a combo of grape and coca cola. For a decade now easy and still in aesthetic glory.
