I think to protect all of his sons for the bullshyt that can come their way, he needs to get them more media training/speech help. Lonzo seems to be alright and maybe Melo is just timid because he's a teenager but LiAngelo is Ron Harper on steroids with his linguistics. I'm not trying to be funny because I'm not calling him dumb, he just can't talk. I've witnessed many situations where people can not verbally get themselves out of whatever situation that they might be in. If there was one thing I think Lavar has missed the boat on is that. The world will want to see him/them fail, help the boys so that they do not.
LaVar seems to know that Gelo isn't the brightest tool in the shed. He mainly one dimensional.
In 2021, he will be the model for BBB. No way he's playing in the NBA.

Looking like the typical case of an overbearing, hyper aggresssive parent ruining their kids lives. Except unlike Joe Jackson and others, his kids aren't elite. Lonzo struggling and failing to carry the weight of the brand. Gelo removed from UCLA and now gonna have his education and pro prospects sabotaged by his father. And the youngest one just seems like an erratic AAU player.
What's going to happen this summer when Lavar demands that Lonvo work out with him instead of Lakers trainers. Dude is fukking up a good thing. You got your kid drafted #2. Chill the fukk out and help him get better, he clearly needs it. Gelo could have been in a Chinese prison for five years, and embarrassed a top university. He deserved to be punished yet you pull him out of school, with no backup plan?

yup. he know those three were finished when it came to playing at UCLA on the strength of the Trump shyt alone and the international eye sore this was. Melo will at least get to play somewhere even tho I think he couldve landed somewhere in the states at another school.
I think he isn't good enough to deal with all that shyt though. So Lavar just took him, and Melo out of the country. Developed their careers, game, and mature a bit. Melo will be fine, and LiAngelo will probably get picked up by a team or get on a roster spot in the big Euro leagues.
