We know that Rihanna got her ass beat by Chris Brown too but a witness on the stand hits different. Of course he can be convicted but will the DA care enough to bring charges when she isn't willing to testify.
In my case it was dropped because the cops alledgely couldn't find the victim, a chick who called me several times and was on every social media platform that existed but that's the official reason why they dropped the case, The detective "couldn't find her".
