Lowkey, this is why I preferred JT's breakdown on the Envy case over most other's.
I don't think Tony's a scammer himself necessarily but I do think he's a bit of clout chaser. I also found his initial partnership with Jay Morrison prior to falling out with him to be suspect af.
I mean...if you're a legitimate real estate mogul who can read the signs and teach people, what prompted you to work with Jay to begin with?
Also, the fact that he attended some of the seminars with Envy and Cesar by his own admission was suspect too. He said it was for "figuring out what's happening" but you don't necessarily need to attend an actual seminar to do that lol. The data is already available to determine if FlippingNJ is legit or not and that's what JT stuck with when he initially touched on the subject.
Again, Tony is likely legit and no one has spoken against him.....yet. But there's certain aspects about him that don't seem to add up, almost like he's dying to be seen as the "new Savior" of the Black community after exposing some scam artists.
Nonetheless, he still deserves props for helping out the victims of both Jay and Cesar's scams and helping expose them.
