Tory is there on state charges, only a governors pardon would release him. The DOJ could apply pressure, but I don’t see what incentive they have to do so. It’s easier and cheaper to just have MAGA affiliates tweet about it. Diddy could get a pardon, but his case has been useful in tarnishing all the celebrities who are known to be DNC boosters, so again they don’t have an incentive to help him.
