The geneva convention disagrees with you. even in "war" there are rules that can't be broken, such as collective punishment,intentional killing of civilians etc

Hamas doesn't give 2 shyts about the people. If they did, Gaza wouldn't be dependent on Israel for food, water, electricity, or anything else.
