I brought up high profile black tech entrepreneurs like Tristan Walker who got funded by a premier VC and Justin Edmund who's a top employee at Pinterest. And Dre who just sold Beats to Apple for BILLIONS OF DOLLARS. You dismissed those examples calling them tokens because it kills your argument. Don't try to make it sound like you care about the problems they face. You was being a pessimistic dikk saying that it can't happen NO MATTER WHAT. Bulge brackets are more elitist than any company over in SV but yet somehow it's nikkas in investment banking, corporate finance and trading. What makes you think it can't happen in tech. That's what I have been saying. Give the opportunity and access that better funded, better instructed school have and watch. Environment and opportunity is a major factor of success. This guy has the kind of drive and mentality that he could pull himself out and get through the system everybody doesn't. But if you helped them, taught them they would flourish.
