That cac was definitely a Mets fan 
“You should of said something” . He did. He said to give him his damn change back. I’ve left places plenty of times without having to say anything. He played himself ( the clear eye pale fellow) and if I was that gentleman .. I would never eat there again.

I'm sorry brother, I am trying to understand why you are not upset with what the waiter did? He did not even take time to look to see if he was paid, he just assumed that he was not paid. Now we can ask the question of why he would do that, and I personally would suspect it was because the patron is Black.
I've had this sort of shyt happen to me twice when I was a lot younger and each time I was definitely pissed at the person who tried to claim that I did not pay. So I can empathize with the feelings that brother is going through.

Nah the waiter should have checked before accusing the black man of stealing a meal. You absolutely can be mad at him for that.
