I was like 19 just trying to get to school/work once she made the claim my insurance dealt with her. I just told them the story that she hit me and to look at the cameras of the gas station. After that I never heard back she probably backed down once my insurance told her she was on camera

We agree not to get insurance and the police involved than 5 days later the bytch calls her insurance company saying I hit her car and claiming 4k in damages. Good thing there was a camera right above the parking spot she was leaving or else they might of believed the hoe

Ain't no way she would've gotten that money. Don't you need police involved to file insurance claims?
