I would've beat his ass myself then made him go apologize. Even if it's self defense kicking someone in the head could potentially have you looking at manslaughter or worse, attempted murder if the person is severely injured.

What I find really pathetic is that his mom seemed to be present for at least one of these fights so I know she knew what he did and just didn't give a fukk. Sad shyt right here.

Edit: And no, I don't believe he should've been jumped for that but I don't knock the dudes for doing it.
