The worst part about it is that you tend to end up blaming yourself for the situation like you should have done something different to keep the peace instead of the other person taking accountability for their actions.

In my situation, I remember finally having enough and raising my voice at her and the first thing she brought up was why am I disrespecting her in her crib.
