That seafood boil is a hit where I am at especially for the price. But I generally go local for seafood if I should have it. I feel like small business can control the quality of the seafood better than a big distributor but I am more a fish guy than shellfish.

Everyone doesn’t have that many options for black owned food. For instance, we only have soul food, Caribbean food, and a new tiny pancake place. By tiny pancakes, I mean actual pancakes that are bite size. There was a healthy food place, but they went under, and a vegan place owned by a black man and his white wife.

I haven’t been to Red Lobster in years but will def go this year because the CEO is impressive. Crab boil isn’t for me though, I’ll be sticking to the classic menu. It’s not like I plan on donating money to the guy, I just think he’s smart and want to see if I can notice differences in the restaurant now compared to the past.
