I said that initially. But I've been out looking for multi unit buildings and I've ran across people paying $600 for two bedroom apartments, $1000 for 3-4 br . A benevolent landlord. This was in Washington park.

Now I'm not saying they were in the best areas, right under the train tracks, next to abandoned lots and they may have needed a fresh coat of paint, but nothing outside of cosmetics. When I first moved to the south side I was paying $675 though .
