I'm grown, my social life is my kid now.
My social life is basically hanging out with fellow parents at our kids events,
Music Concerts, Dance Recitals, Sporting Events things like that

whenever i'm not forced to go somewhere like that, i just go to the bar, or stay home and play some video games.
friday night once a week at the bar is enough socializing for me.
