Unfortunately for him this is real life and not some movie or tv show. Just because it was noble of him to step to the bully it wasnt wise because he knew damn well that he didn't have any hands.

I keep telling my young nikkas that it ain't no heroes outchea. Homie thought this was one of them animes where the noble protagonist overcomes evil. Now he laid out on the pavement looking like the vitruvian man while his man's rubbing his chest like they about to light a cigarette and pillow talk. 
Stuck up for dude and got no support after the fist was thrown. Kid who got slept desperately needs to go visit the fundamentals of confrontation 101 (not protecting your chin and avoiding eye contact doesn't make you look tough, it only makes you food) but at least his heart was in the right place.
That geek he stood up for isn't his friend, though.
He's a vagina of the highest degree and son should consider letting his hoe ass catch the beatdown next time. Considering how little heart he clearly has, the "bully" may have been in the right from the start.
