The tweet doesn’t match what’s listed on the LinkedIn profile. Like said, the story is an accomplishment in and of itself without having to embellish details about it.

Sportscenter anchors isn’t this major high profile gig as you make it seem. The majority of them come from a news background and end up back there once they leave the company.

It's a lot more normal when you take a look at his Linkedin and see that he had several media positions before this - like years of media experience - he just worked as a server throughout that period.

That isn't to say he isn't working hard - but he has the nominal progression that most normal people have when they aren't being supported by their parents.
