I know you can't discriminate about who you rent to but if Meg Rapinoe and them wanna rent they need an iron clad lease. They can be the worst kind of people.

A guy I work with has a rental property an hour and a half away being rented by a family. In the summer they had beef with some neighbour and he shot up the place. Killed the husband, shot some other guy and the mom had to get her arm amputated. He just got the placed emptied like last month. And it was hell getting rent from them on time.
A lot of people swear about the rental game but that shyt aint for me man.

I pride myself on being level-headed, but I’m sorry, I’m crashing out behind that
I just hope the tenants get charged and they get covered for the damages. There are two sides to every story but to flood an entire house/neighborhood is bottom of the barrel behavior.
Got a rental in Bmore. We use a management company to be the liason with any tenants. I don't want to canoodle with any tenant or email exchange.
