I love wearing heels to go out. Doesn't feel right going to a party or something in flat shoes. Plus I'm short and mini dresses + high heels make me look taller. Any other day I'm in sneakers.

Now that I am old, I wear heels when the occasion calls for it, but they are not too high or poorly structured heels. I don't wear platform shoes or any shape that causes me to walk funny or experience pain after a while.

I wear pumps at work when I walk in the hallway and to meetings, but in my own office I close the door and wear my basic flats.
Moderate stilettos and boots are for date night.
Vibrams for working out, sandals for errands.
