Where yall able to get a job? How did you pass background check for pre employment.

My homie said he could get me in his job cause he said they hired anyone.. I applied got, an interview, and even went to orientation. Early this morning I get an Email saying that they need to talk to me bout what they found on the background check and that I had 5 days to get in contact with them to answer some questions or they will make their decision based on the information they already have.


Why is it so hard to get a job ?

I've heard that you should tell them the honest truth, and do not lie about anything. Then speak about how you learned from that situation and how it will not be repeated again in your life or on the job. I wish the best. I was once in a situation and almost ended up with a misdemeanor, but someone was looking out for me and didn't allow the law to get into it. Thank goodness.
