Ive been trying to get the golden guns for a min. Can anyone help me out? 
Brehs how can i get them golden guns on COD Black Ops?

Did you ever see a player holding a "Gold Gun" while you were playing Call of Duty: Black Ops? Did you look to see if it was camo and couldn't find it? Did you eventually think you were just seeing things? Well you weren't, there are actually "Gold Guns" in the game and here is how you get them.
How to Get Gold Guns in Black Ops
The Golden Camouflage is available for every primary weapon, which makes almost every metallic part of the gun gold and wooden/plastic parts black. It may also effect some attachments and ammunition as well. (For example, shotgun shells will appear gold as well). One downside to the Gold Camo is that it may make emblems hard to notice, if you can see them at all. So how can you unlock the gold camo? Well, to start you have to be Prestige Level 14 or higher and be willing to spend 50,000 COD points per golden camo. However, whilethe Gold Camo is not attainable in the Combat Training Mode, It is automatically unlocked in split screen.

Basically have to unlock all of the camos previous to the gold camo. I unlocked gold camos for two of my guns; took a long ass time to get them, too
I knew i was done with that series when i got the game on the week of release and guys already had 14 prestiges...so fukkin broken

wtf is this prestige 14 shyt? I never prestiged and I have 2 gold guns. Just have to follow instructions on the camo screen to unlock all of the camos and then you can get the gold camoI heard there is a way to get it without having to get to prestige level 14. Have you heard of that?

Gold five-sevens' took me a minute. working on diamond assault rifles atm.
to get gold
pick a gun, get 100 headshots (this unlocks all camo challenges after Kryptek Typhoon) after you complete them all you will receive the gold camo.
do this for every weapon in the class and you get diamond. (for all weapons in the class)
