Inviting them over works for younger women, and it works if they're really feeling you off the bat, or they arent looking for a relationship. Otherwise, you're probably gonna have to meet them somewhere. Doesn't hurt to try though.

I personally dont want random women knowing where I live, without vetting them first... That's how nikkas get set up.

I ask them to lunch first... It has to be during the week though. I do this because 1 of us is probably working and can't stay out long. My Lunch break is an hour. I take her to a cheap lunch joint. This keeps it quick, cheap, and keeps her wanting more of me... If she's wack, I have an out, because we have to go back to work. If it goes well, she'll be comfortable enough with me to meet in a more intimate spot. 2 pizza slices and 2 drinks under $10... My personality does all the work.
