Brehs how does one "get out" of his feelings?

So I wa listening to that JayZ verse where he said "Dame made millions,Bigs made millions,.....Beans would tell you the same if he wasn't in his feelings". shyt made me think well obviously Beans might have good reason to be upset. Maybe he feels like hes not being heard about something that's important to him and feels like hes being blown off. So my question is how does one get out of said feelings?
