just be yourself. if you've got a date with her, there should be no problem already. for the longest i dealt with women who were older than me. and, to be frank, those are the only women that i felt like i did and could act completely normal with. they didn't have an expectations for me. i could be low key (which i naturally am unless my frame of mind is different) and they didn't mind. if anything, that's what drew them to me.

Pretty much just be yourself. They're the best to hang out with, point blank. There are no games, they tell you what they want, and pretty much accept you for you. First time I took the 31 yr. old out we went to this cheesecake place, then walked around. Simple. Don't have to do too much to impress 'em.
