Rogaine I’m kinda in the same boat but it’s not all that bad, yet I’m just using shampoos without sulfates and parabens. Also just copped Morrocan argan oil shampoo but not sure if it’s all that good. I need to look into other hair treatments there’s stuff that stimulates hair follicles like essential oils and shyt like that but the best thing is to go to a doctor or a hair specialist.
