Brehs i need yall help w it DJ live streaming

I got a friend thats a DJ & he's tryna go live and play music like DJ d-nice and them. Hes been doing it on FB but they keep cutting him off for copyright claims i guess. Is there anyway he can stream and embed the video on his own site and not get cut? And if he does do that, can he get sued? I'm sure he would have the same problem on youtube too

Maybe twitch might work , because I found a site called Restream and according to them:

Twitch would be his best bet. They dont cut off live streaming. They just mute the vod with any copyrights.

Does need to use restream.io ? Or can he just use twitch alone & just embed his stream on his site?
