2.5 liters is a lot. It'll be very hard to just stop drinking. Your body has likely developed a tolerance to coffee over the years so you need to drink way more than the normal person to feel the same effect. I'd recommend slowly reducing the amount of coffee you drink rather than just stopping cold.
So you’re drinking 2.5L of coffee AND 6L of water a day?!?
