I get them every other weekend, as stated in my divorce decree. However, she's fukked up to a point to where I think that I will be able to go into court, with everything that I have on her and undeniably get custody of my kids. I think I have her dead to rights now.

The courts are retarded. If you have custody, you are supporting the children.
Child support is for the children, not the mother.
It seems you believe the mother is using your child support for other things outside of the child.

There isn't a previous thread. That said, I have pics on Facebook of her mentioning getting turnt up on a Monday. Pics of her boyfriend posting various strains of weed and smoking it, talking about wake and bake. He doesn't have a job, my ex supports him. I got a pic of him posted up with a gun in his waist, him gripping it, talking about I wish a nikka would. Both of their drivers licenses are suspended. Her until 2020. My youngest daughter had a uti in September, I took her to the doctor. Doc said that she had blood in the urine. Send all this info home with them. Come to find out that they haven't been to the doctor for follow up and my older kids were the ones administering the medicine. They have Medicaid due to her income so the visit is fred, it's about initiative. Saved text messages from ex and kids stating that dude is living there. They don't even get immunization shots anymore. She fought for that on religious convictions. She isn't religious.
Like I said, I think I got her here. With all that I've accumulated and I lose, there really is no hope for non custodial men in this country.

She had two kids after we split, so she has five in total. She makes 15k a year, that's not a typo, I contribute over 800 a month. Dude doesn't work, dude posts pics of weed smoke everyday. He's being fed, my kids still email me, asking for bookbags and school clothes because mom said that she either isn't spending the money or doesn't have the money.
