Brehs, is it true that Firefox is better browser than Chrome on PC if you have a BUNCH of tabs open?

Only time I used that jawn was to download chromeEdge on windows 10 and I ain't looking back

I never understood having a BUNCH of tabs open though. I could see 4 or 5, but whenever I go to my dad's house, his computer is CRAWLING and I open up his firefox and see the dude has like 17 tab open...

I don't miss chrome at all....not sure if the memory usage is better I'll check when I get home

No more viruses, EVER. It disables flash and Java (where most viruses originate from). You have to specifically allow sites to use Java and Flash. It's tedious and annoying okaying every site you trust, but you get used to it. I can safely go to any shady site and all the bad stuff is blocked. I download a lot of music from shady sites and haven't had a virus ever since I started using noscript years ago. It's an amazing FF add on.

Firefox uses way less resources than Chrome now. Way better addons, Bluhell is the shyt.
The tradeoff you'd get with Firefox and less RAM is worse stability if something goes wrong. Yeah Chrome has a lot of processes but its all independent which is the cause of the high RAM usage to begin with.
You can get Chrome style web browsing with less RAM. Opera has had it that way for some time now with their compression patches. Don't know if its been merged upstream but the usage is comparable to Firefox under some scenarios.

I have like 8 tabs of TV Shows + Google Music & Spotify... plus tabs random other stuff.
Its easier to just leave the tabs open rather than bookmark it after you watch an episode
Before you say... why not download? Well, I'm not trying to have my internet provider send me letters and Torrents have viruses...
