seems overpriced for 12', especially a 28 if it were a 35 eh

Depends.
Look over everything on the exterior and interior. Carfax it. It's a big investment, might as well pay a little to get all the information on it that you can, without relying on a salesman's word (which could be a total lie).
Example, salesman could say a little old lady owned it before and she babied it. Well, the salesman could have zero knowledge on the previous owner because he's selling hundreds of cars and you just happen to check it out that day. It could have been leased to a rich dad who babied it the first year, but he handed it down his teenage kid who drove it like a rental car and spread his DNA all over the interior for the last two years. BMW dealership workers clean the lease return car and make it look fine. You never know.

CPO and i'll def take 6yrs 100k warranty. I considered leasing but im an account manager and my driving is inconsistent.


Somedays i work from home, some days i drive very local, other days im driving 100+ miles but my camry is having issues i dont feel like putting money into.

Don't buy a BMW with out the msport package. May as well be out there with a Camry.
