have you seen claims like this be denied before?

I been with geico since 2008.

on a side note, this nikka really drove off with my whip while it was covered in snow. I told the officer you could see foot prints from where he came from on the grass leading to my car.

I’m thinking it’s someone looking to check if doors are unlocked etc and he saw not only the door unlocked but keys and took off. I’m thinking he takes my Ja CD’s and leaves the car somewheee randomly
I used to work for geico. Cases I seen denied is ifnsomeone has a clear history of fraudulent claims , we have databases to cross reference plus now we have access to social media database to see check timestamps and such.

They typically try to find a motive to see if you had hardships, many people total they vehicles on purpose to get out of their auto loan. We know it, everyone knows it.

But if your Financials are straight you should be good. But if your loans are in repo status or something funny, they gonna dig deeper.

:laff::laff::laff:

Went back inside for a shovel my ass.

It was cold, you let that shyt heat up in the driveway and went back inside, took ya coat off, had the heat blastin' came back and your shyt was ghost.

Happens all the time fam.

You just gotta eat this one, they'll cover you.

Next time lock your doors.

Mine and my lady's whip don't lock when the engine is running from the outside, so the trick is to get in the car, start the engine, roll down the window, get out shut the door, reach in the window and hit the lock button, then push to auto roll up button and pull your arm out.

It's silly but it works. Funny thing is when I tested this when it was warm, I left the fob in the house where it would be while it's warming up, got in the car, reversed it.....damn thing shuts off before it even gets out the driveway without the fob in proximity.

Thank God for push button start, but Acura and Volkswagen want a rack for remote start in their new whips.

In 20 degree weather my shyt takes 3mins to fully defrost, that's roughly the same time it takes to brush the snow off my shyt, there's really no reason for remote start.

this makes sense. I was wondering why they asked me mad shyt about when I last made a payment. I’m like two weeks ago :gucci:

asked if my car was out for repo too:mjtf:

honestly I want them to find my shyt. Buying a vehicle now is a pain prices are sky high even for used vehicles. They have to realize that. My credit good too I don’t want another car. Literally only have 1 year left on this bytch too

It's standard protocol. Don't take offense. There's mad money in fraudulent insurance claims.

You good breh.

I had a girl have her vehicle stolen from the body shop and they found the shyt in a parking lot with collision damage.

I personally think she set it up but at the end if the day. Unless there is some explicit violation of your policy terms they have to cover it.

I used to get mad as fukk when people pulled up to my bodyshop with obvious fraud but management said, if we can't prove it 100% then we gonna end up paying it out.

The lawsuit for not covering a valid claim can bring up penalties and make it more expensive than it needs to be

My dumbass left the keys in the car to go grab a shovel on Christmas Eve and when I came back my whip was gone. Literally came onto my drive way and took the shyt.

I keep reading different answers that comprehensive covers a stolen vehicle even if keys are left unless the insurance company thinks you purposefully had the car stolen. But other sites say it’s not covered.

thoughts brehs? :lupe:
This is a clear sign you live in a really bad neighborhood

If you have full coverage insurance at least in NJ the car can't be recovered. So you better hope the police don't find it.
