i really dont know dancehall/reggae is my expertise . as far as afrobeats i only listen to what my girlfriend plays in the car . that joint sounds like afro beats to me though

Afrobeat samples should be the new shyt. Someone made a Ghostface mixtape with afrobeat samples a few years ago, most of it was fire. Someone like Kendrick could make some dope shyt with stuff like that.
