Samson
Wholesome Black Man
I see what you're trying to say but was he the 1st option on the team when Shaq was there?Kobe was always a first option and elite offensive player since his 2nd year with Shaq.
His overall basketball IQ is underrated because of his shot selection but Kobe is a basketball savant and that shyt was apparent since he started.
Kobe was the perfect complimentary piece for Shaq at the time. He balled out in the regular season and had clutch moments in the playoffs; he kept up with Shaq. But on the biggest stage (Finals), Shaq was the most dominant. Shaq was the driving force in those Finals run. So, Kobe was a #2 that developed into a #1.
and you left out the 2009 finals
