I ain't never gave money to nobody on the street that didn't smell or look the part.
I remember I was in downtown LA and saw a line of well food looking, hipster cats sitting down in the lotus position with animals and signs with good penmenship and cups begging for change outside my hotel.

Walked past them bytches and gave this mental Puerto Rican who was knocking imaginary homeruns into the grandstands a 5'ver, a cup of Coffee and a dap and kept it moving. Atleast it ain't like Europe where some of the folk get mad when you pass their cups and they look to set the wolves on you.

Well shyt like that always gets my change and upwards to 5 dollars since I ain't paying for no one's "Administrative duties" in regards to me giving money to help out an unfortunate situation that's gonna only see about a dollar or so reaching it's intended target. But I've separated the wheat from the chaff in looking to buy/give beggars food. Most, if they really with it won't turn down an egg muffin and a Coffee, especially since most everybody hitting you with that "I need money to eat" spiel.
